Slide Systems supply a soft close damper that allows the door to close slowly and automatically over the final few inches - similar to that of a drawer in your kitchen. It avoids slamming and reduces the chances of getting fingers caught in the door. Alternatively it can be fitted to soft close the door when opening the door into the pocket. Two models are available: for doors up to 40Kg and doors up to 80Kg.
