All our prices exclude delivery fees and VAT*
* Orders to non-standard delivery areas. These areas may incur a small surcharge for delivery of your order. A breakdown and map of these areas are listed below.
Orders will go by 48 hour courier at no additional charge to mainland UK areas, subject to surcharges where applicable.

Despatch and delivery of your order:
We aim to despatch items in stock within 2 working days. Please note the despatch time may be longer on certain items which may need to be ordered in.
Upon despatch of your ordered items, an e-mail will be sent to you notifying you of the despatch of your package(s) and will contain tracking numbers for your reference.
Full payment of the ordered goods will be taken at the point of customer order.
We can offer the following delivery options for courier deliveries (surcharges will apply):
- Timed delivery - extra cost will be incurred, please enquire prior to placing your order (excluding pallet deliveries)
- Saturday delivery - extra cost will be incurred, please enquire prior to placing your order (excluding pallet deliveries)
Please be advised that orders for 3 or more large products may be delivered using a palletised service. This service will only deliver your order to the road/kerbside as close to your property as possible using a tail lift, and the courier will not be able to assist with the unloading of the doors from the pallet itself. The pallet will not be taken away by the courier. The courier will be asked to contact you ahead of delivery, therefore a valid telephone number will be required. All palletised deliveries require a signature to confirm that the goods have been delivered without damage. Should this delivery arrangement not be suitable for you, or in the event of there being access restrictions to your delivery address, please contact us prior to placing your order. Delivery damages:
We take great care in packaging our doors for safe delivery to you, however occasionally damage can occur in transit and therefore if the packaging is lightly damaged please do not sign for the delivery as your signature is deemed acceptance of the delivery in "good condition".
If in doubt, you should ensure the delivery driver marks the delivery as "Damaged". Please photograph the package at this stage. Please do not sign for them "unchecked" as this is not acceptable, it is better to refuse delivery than to subsequently find the goods unsatisfactory.
You have 48 hours to notify us by e-mail of any shortages or damages - failure to do this will result in any subsequent claim being rejected. If you instruct us to deliver to an alternative address then whoever signs for receipt of the goods at that address shall be deemed to be your agent and acting for you. Furthermore if you instruct us to leave in a safe place, then we will not accept any subsequent claims for damage, shortage or unsuitability. Open the package carefully and check the condition of the goods.
It is recommended when planning installation that you do not book tradesman until you are in full receipt and completely satisfied with your goods. We cannot accept liability for expenses incurred if delays should occur.

Orders may be subject to a surcharge for deliveries to the following areas:
- Isle of Man (All IM postcodes)
- Channel Islands (All GY - Guernsey, Alderney & Sark and JE - Jersey) postcodes
- The Scilly Isles (TR21-25)
- Isle of Wight (PO30-41)
- Scottish Highlands (All IV, KW postcodes and selected AB (1-9, 13, 14, 21, 22, 23, 30-56), KA (27-27), FK (19-21), PA (20-39) and PH (11-40)
- Northern Ireland (All BT postcodes)

Pallet deliveries of approximately 3+ products to all Central London postcodes (N, NE, NW, W, SW, S, SE, E except E4) and all areas above
